FAQs

When should I send a save-the-date?  What kind of information does it contain?

Typically save-the-date packages are sent to guests one year to six months before the wedding.  If you are having a destination
wedding, the save-the-date should be sent at least one year in advance.

Save-the-dates can contain the following:
- short note from the couple
- where the wedding will take place and when
- travel, hotel and accommodation information
- things to do and see in the area
- map

When should the invitations be sent?  When should be my RSVP date?

Invitations are send eight to ten weeks before the wedding.  The RSVP date is four to six weeks before the wedding.

How much should I budget for printed materials?

It depends on how many people are invited to the wedding and in which printed pieces you are interested.  Please call Bride
Paper at 917.400.1607 for a detailed design and print estimate.

If I decide to have my invitations produced elsewhere, can Bride Paper design and produce the other items such as

Yes.  Bride Paper has worked with brides who want everything from save-the-dates to thank you cards, and others who just
